Barefoot Stretch Massage for Ashi-Bars is a combination of Thai stretches and facilitated stretch techniques. So, in other words, East meets West. The stretches are done on a massage with overhead Ashi-Bars. Or put the client on the floor and use the back of a chair for balance. Barefoot Stretch Massage for the floor is coming soon. The State of New York requires its massage therapists to fill out a log sheet. We include this in the downloadable handout.
