VIDEO: We view the video during the workshop as part of the course plan. We use most of the class training to hands-on application of the Ashiatsu technique.                                                                                                                                CERTIFICATION for Ashiatsu Bar Massage Training in Class as well as massage CE’s

Bring 2 sets of linens. Wear comfortable clothing like stretchy capris and a tank top.

In addition, we provide bars, *massage table, lotions, and stool.

The pressure of Ashiatsu is constant and maintained. Barefoot massage creates circulation. And more circulation brings about faster healing. Ashiatsu brings about a relaxed state. In fact, this state of well-being lasts for hours after a massage service. Clients don’t walk out of a session – they float.

Let’s face it, deep tissue massages are the bread and butter of your practice. However, it also limits how many massages your body and hands can do in a day. Your last deep-tissue massage will be as good as your first deep tissue of the day. Finally, a massage technique that benefits both the client and the massage therapist.

*Massage tables for class may have weight limits. In some cases, you may be asked to provide a massage table if the one offered doesn’t hold a standing weight of over 200 lbs. So, please check in with the instructor for the standing weight of the massage table they provide.
