The course begins with Barefoot Thai Stretches. Then uses the side-lying positions of Fijian Massage and finishes with a mini Ashiatsu routine. Fijian and Stretch has the client fully dressed and on a mat. Ashiatsu moves use lotion. We only undress the upper half of the body for class.
