Ashiatsu Seated Side Lying Barefoot Massage is a new course. A 12 CEU NCBTMB approved class training for a massage therapist. It requires no bars. You will only need a massage table, a tall stool, and your two feet.

The routine addresses the client’s lateral issues. Instead of putting the client in a side-lying position, the therapists work from the side of the table, while they are face up or face down.

Also, it eliminates the awkward draping issues of side-lying work. Plus, you don’t need any special equipment. Give your hands a rest and put your feet to work.
